Coding and entering invoices for payment, as well as recording rental payments into our accounting software is an essential part of our business and it requires someone with an attention to detail as well as great communication skills. Includes performing preventive maintenance, as well as responding to residents’ maintenance requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair and others within 24 hours. The Maintenance Manager oversees the work of other maintenance team members and manages the maintenance budget.
