 1631 White Circle, Marietta, GA -  The first phase of this community will feature 71 apartment homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. This community is being developed in partnership with the Marietta Housing Authority and will provide affordable homes through the tax credit program. The community will offer an amenity and program rich environment. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2016. 

240 Atlanta Street, Gainesville, GA - The first phase of this community will feature 84 apartment homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. The community will include a blend of traditional market rate homes as well as affordable options through the tax credit program in partnership with the Gainesville Housing Authority. The community will offer an amenity and program rich environment. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2016. 

1550 Fifteenth St., Augusta, GA 30901 - The first phase of this community will offer 80 apartment homes designed exclusively for active adults 55+. The community will feature a total of 80 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes and will offer a blend of both market rate and affordable programs in partnership with the Augusta Housing Authority. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2016. 

Walton Eastside - This mixed-use community will feature a blend of market rate and affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes. With a prime location next door to the Oakland Cemetery, residents will enjoy a walkable community with convenient access to public transportation (King Marta Station). Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2017.
