PROPERTY MANAGER - A Property Manager has the responsibility
and challenge of managing all operations of the community. This
includes ensuring the greatest possible satisfaction of their residents,
vendors and team members. Implements company motto of Serving
with Excellence in leasing, accounting, resident relations,
management reports and product maintenance and appearance. Trains,
supervises and motivates on-site personnel.
MAINTENANCE MANAGER & ENGINEER - These front line team
members are responsible for maintaining the community at a high
standard of maintenance repair and providing prompt and efficient
service to residents. Includes performing preventive maintenance
three times each year, responding to residents maintenance
requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair
and others. These important members of our team understand and model
Walton Communities Basics consistently.
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF - This position is at the heart and
soul of our industry. Our administrative/leasing staff members have
all the fun! Helping prospects find the perfect home and making
the move-in smooth and effortless is what they do best. The on-going
relationships our staff members have with residents make everyone
feel at home, and like they have a friend they can call on.
PROPERTY MONITORS - These experts keep our grounds and common
areas clean and neat. They work hard to ensure that our residents
and potential residents have a great first impression of our communities
every day!
HOUSEKEEPERS - Keeping our offices shined and polished to
perfection is their specialty. By preparing apartments for move-in
by making sure they are spotlessly clean and adding those special
finishing touches , our housekeepers make our new residents

COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

- Assure all resident files are in compliance according to DCA standards.
- Track and complete recertifications annually
- Prepare and submit DCA reports monthly and quarterly
Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Thorough working knowledge of Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code
- Solid background in compliance matters
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good working knowledge of Yardi software a plus

- Maintain shop and stock inventory of supplies

Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Experience in apartment maintenance or extensive experience in appliance repair, HVAC service and repair, plumbing and electrical
- HVAC certified
- Must possess own tools required to do the job
