Located at the foot of beautiful Kennesaw Mountain, this exciting, historically-protected area lets you enjoy a piece of the past at historic Kennesaw Mountain National Park – all with the convenience of easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment at The Shoppes at Ridenour.
We don’t skimp on details like high ceilings, crown molding, separate laundry rooms, large walk-in closets and an abundance of windows. And because community is so important, Walton Ridenour puts extra care into community gathering places like our Legacy Center for adults 50 and up, pool, fitness center, and our Community Library stocked with a wide variety of books. Working parents will appreciate our children’s “Adventure Center,” open to all residents without charge and provides educational enrichment programs as well as afternoon activities and snacks to help your kids do well in school and have fun too.
The Adventure Center is just for Walton Ridenour residents in K-5th grade. It meets Monday through Friday, 2:30-6:00pm, and is free to residents of Walton Ridenour.
We know pets are sometimes a part of the family too! Our communities welcome non aggressive breed dogs as well as cats.

Enjoy our neighborhood Adventure Park. There are playgrounds, picnic and grill areas with benches to sit and talk with neighbors.
Each apartment has washer and dryer connections, but if you don't have your own, you can use the community clothes care center. It's affordable, clean, and convenient.
