COMMUNITY TYPES

We meticulously design our communities to cater to your unique stage of life. Our neighborhoods include Signature, Affordable and Active Adult (55+) style communities.

Signature

Our Signature Communities are available in 11 neighborhoods in and around the Atlanta area. Residents must make a combined 3x the monthly rent to qualify.

Affordable

Our affordable communities offer a unique opportunity to enjoy the same high quality offerings of our Signature Communities at a lower price point through the tax credit program. Residents must make a combined 2.5x the monthly rent to qualify. Maximum income limits do apply.

Active Adult (55+)

Our Active Adult Communities offer beautiful apartment homes through both our Signature and Affordable programs.

Resident Programs & Services

We are committed to supporting our residents through exceptionally maintained communities and unique service programs. We recognize the value of the opportunity that we have to build a legacy, impact lives and offer more than just a place to live.

Each month we feature a unique local cultural attraction. Walton residents can visit the featured attraction of the month with their family members, and Walton will reimburse up to 90% of the ticket price for admission!
The Adventure Centers are a ministry of Mission1:27, a local non-profit, faith-based organization. The program offers complimentary after-school enrichment programs for residents of select Walton Communities in grades K-5th.
Each month, residents are offered a complimentary book just by stopping in the leasing office. Selections fall into one of three categories: classical and timeless works of literature, biographies of great men and women, and personal growth.
