Signature

Our Signature Communities are located in premiere locations throughout the Atlanta area. Amenities include refreshing swimming pools, grilling areas and gathering space. Apartment homes are carefully designed to accommodate a comfortable, care-free lifestyle.

Affordable

Our Affordable Communities offer a unique opportunity to enjoy the same high-quality offerings of our Signature Communities with a lower rent through the tax credit program. Each community offers an abundance of green space and programs like our complimentary after-school enrichment program. Income limits apply.

ACTIVE ADULT (55+/62+)

Our Active Adult Communities are designed exclusively for residents 55+ or 62+ (dependent upon property). Residents enjoy an abundance of amenity space and unparalleled service. Each apartment home is elegantly designed to provide a comfortable living space with thoughtful finishes. Income limits may apply.
