  • Smoke alarm malfunctioning or chirping
  • Water leak
  • Sewage backup (includes clogged sink and tub drains)
  • Clogged toilet
  • No hot water
  • Gas leaks
  • No air conditioning
  •  No heat
  •  No electricity
  •  Entry door lock hardware
  •  Entry gate broken
  •  Refrigerator not working 
  •  Stove or microwave malfunction
